The more accurately you describe the problem / bug and the more information you can provide us - such as screenshots or videos - the more targeted we can investigate your case and the sooner we can present a solution to you, so please submit your request according to the following rules:

  1. How can the problem be reproduced? (Which steps are needed? On which database does the problem occur? With which user does the problem occur?)
  2. Which behavior of Odoo would you have expected?
  3. What behavior of Odoo have you observed instead?

Please note that services of our customer service are charged according to expenditure. In general, all inquiries are considered to be chargeable, with the exception of the elimination of errors that are covered by warranty (caused by us, notice of defects within 6 months after delivery).
